At Diarossa, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to ensure your experience reflects our commitment to excellence.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Should any issue arise with your jewellery, please contact us immediately. You may choose to return your purchase for a full refund or request an exchange, refunded to your original payment method.
This guarantee becomes void if a third-party jeweller alters or works on the piece
2. Return Window & Eligibility
- Initiate Return: Must begin within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be shipped back to us within one week of approval—no later than 37 days from delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original, saleable condition, and include all documentation and original packaging, including gemstone grading reports or certificates.
- Exclusions:
- Not Accepted: Custom, engraved, or resized items; pierced jewellery (due to hygiene); items worn, altered, or damaged.
- For bespoke designs that are returned, a £200 restocking deduction may be applied, subject to confirmation prior to order placement.
3. Inspection & Refund Processing
All returns undergo inspection by our Quality Department before a refund or exchange is processed. Refunds are issued via your original payment method and may take several days to appear—thank you for your patience.
4. Faulty or Defective Items
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please get in touch immediately. We’ll assist with repair, replacement, or refund—free of charge—once the item is returned.
5. International Returns & Customs
For overseas returns, ensure the customs declaration identifies the package as “Returned Goods”. We cannot cover customs duties or related fees—if charges are imposed, the return may be refused, and the package returned to you. Main Website
