We offer complimentary worldwide delivery on all Diarossa purchases.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & INSURANCE

– All orders ship via fully insured courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local equivalent).
– In the UK, delivery is free, insured, and requires a signature upon receipt.
– For international orders, we use priority courier services; you may choose alternate carriers at checkout (shipping fees will apply).
– All parcels are insured until signed for at the delivery address.

– We aim to dispatch most in-stock items within 3 working days of order placement.
– If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order pieces, we will notify you of estimated dispatch dates at checkout.
– Orders placed after 3pm local time or on weekends/holidays will count starting the next business day.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

– For orders delivered outside the UK, local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
– Diarossa is not responsible for any customs or import charges incurred during delivery.
– We recommend checking with your local customs authority for rates before placing an order.

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS

– Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If you notice damage or signs of tampering, refuse delivery or note it on the courier’s form and contact us immediately.
– Delivery to P.O. Boxes, British Forces addresses, and certain rural or remote locations may not be available. If your address is in such a location, we will advise alternate arrangements.
– For remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, islands, remote villages), allow an additional 1–2 business days lead time.
– If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery as per their policy.

DELIVERY TO ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS

– We allow delivery to an alternate address (e.g. gift recipient). For security, we may ask you to register the address with your bank/credit card provider beforehand.
– Some high-value transactions may require authorization for alternate shipping destination verification.

PRE‑ORDER, MADE‑TO‑ORDER & BESPOKE ITEMS

– Items that are not in stock (pre-order or custom) may have longer dispatch times (e.g. 2–4 weeks).
– We will provide estimated dispatch dates for such items at or after checkout.
– Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are generally non‑returnable, as these are created specifically for you.

PACKAGING & PRESENTATION

– All jewellery is shipped in discreet, plain external packaging (no branding) for security.
– Inside, it is beautifully presented in Diarossa’s premium box, ready for gifting.
– Your order also includes a packing slip that does not list pricing for added privacy.

LIABILITY & DELIVERY DELAYS

– Diarossa does not assume liability for delivery delays caused by third parties, customs, or regulatory hold-ups.
– Once the courier marks the parcel ‘delivered,’ the risk passes to you.
– Should your parcel not arrive, contact us promptly with tracking information so we can assist.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

– If your order contains multiple items that ship from different locations, you may receive them in separate packages.
– Delivery times will depend on origin, but we aim to coordinate dispatch as closely as possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

– Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
– You may monitor your parcel’s progress directly with the courier website.
