These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Diarossa website (www.www.diarossa.com) and your purchase of any products from us. By using the site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site or placing orders.

3. Formation of Contract

  • When you place an order, that constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • You’ll receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order — this does not mean your order is accepted.
  • A binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation or “ready for collection” notice, whichever applies.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, inability to verify payment, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, weights, dimensions, gemstone characteristics, and metal types accurately.
  • Natural products (diamonds, gemstones, precious metals) may have slight natural variations — these are not defects.
  • All specifications are subject to tolerance within industry norms.
  • Any accompanying certificate included with a product (e.g. GIA, IGI) will be delivered as described in the product listing.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown on the site are in [insert currency, e.g. GBP/£], inclusive of relevant taxes unless otherwise stated, but excluding shipping, which is added at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is underpriced, we will charge the lower amount; if overpriced, we may contact you before dispatch or cancel your order.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Unless the product is custom, engraved, resized, or bespoke, you may cancel within 30 calendar days from the date after delivery.
  • Return items must be shipped back at your cost, securely packaged and insured, and in their original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging.
  • We may refuse returns that are damaged, show wear, or missing components.

  • Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Gemstones that have fallen out (due to impact or misuse) are not typically covered in returns — but may be examined under warranty (see below).

8. Warranty & Repairs

  • All Diarossa products are backed by a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, normal wear, unauthorized repairs, or loss of stones.
  • We offer repair, resizing, polishing, and rhodium plating services; fees may apply depending on the extent of work.
  • During repair, we may replace missing stones or worn parts; we will notify you of costs before proceeding.

9. Intellectual Property & Content

  • All intellectual property on the site — including images, text, logos, design — belongs to Diarossa or its licensors.
  • You may view, download, or print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but cannot distribute, alter, or use content without our permission.
  • You do not obtain any ownership rights by using the site.

10. Your Information & Privacy

  • We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should review.
  • By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you (by email, SMS, or phone) regarding your order and related matters.
  • We may use aggregated or anonymized data for analysis, improvements, or marketing.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any defective product is limited to the purchase price you paid.
  • We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential losses (loss of profit, business, data) except as prohibited by law.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
  • We do not guarantee that site content is flawless or without omissions, and are not liable for use of the site or linked sites.

12. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

  • Promotional codes and discounts may apply only on qualifying products and under specified conditions.
  • Unless otherwise stated, discounts are valid for one use per customer and can’t be combined.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse promotions at any time.
  • Unauthorized use, resale, or sharing of coupon codes is prohibited.

13. Fraud, Security & Order Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to anti-fraud screening.
  • We may request identity verification (proof of address, identification) before shipping.
  • If suspicious activity arises, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
  • If we cannot reach you within a reasonable period (e.g. 72 hours), we may cancel and refund your order.

  • We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

16. Severability & Waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force.
  • If we do not enforce a right under these Terms immediately, that does not waive our ability to enforce it later.

17. Termination

  • Either you or we may terminate access to the site or your account at any time, subject to ongoing obligations (e.g. payment, confidentiality).
